Burmese House has been providing Melbournians with a taste of Burma for since 5th of August 1997 and take pride in always using only the freshest and healthiest ingredients- we use no animal fat and Burmese recipes don't include sugar and MSG.

Mimi was born and raised in Burma and has brought the unique flavours of her childhood back to Melbourne.  From the Curries passed down from her mother to the street food she experienced as a young girl in Burma, the flavours of Burmese House are always fresh, always interesting and always authentic.  

Burmese House, as the name suggests is the closest you will get in Melbourne to visiting a typical Burmese Home - friendly, gracious, hospitable  rustic and charming.
